Christopher M Rose

My group within the Microchemistry, Proteomics, and Lipidomics department develops and applies leading edge quantitative proteomics methods to explore biological pathways related to potential therapeutic targets. Recently, my group has focused on analysis of MHC associated peptidomes for projects that analyze both MHC-I and MHC-II antigens. Additionally, I work as a member of the Computational Proteomics group within MPL to build tools to capture and analyze data from quantitative proteomics experiments.
