Ling Lin

Postdoctoral Fellow, Fudan University, China Dr. Lin received her Ph.D. in medical systems biology from Fudan University in 2016. After completion of her degree, she was joined the group of Dr. Pengyuan Yang as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry at Fudan University. Her interests are focused on the use of proteomic and lipidomic approaches to reveal molecular signatures in human disease. She is currently working on defining the characterization of end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy, and also on revealing stage-specific homeostasis disruption of triple-negative breast cancer. Dr. Lin is currently a member of HUPO as well as a member of CNHUPO. She was twice selected as an oral presenter in parallel sessions for the Human Proteome Organization World Congress (HUPO 2015 & HUPO2018), and she was received Proteomes Best Poster Award in the 8th CNHUPO Annual Congress. She is now funded by Natural Science Foundation of China and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. She has published ten research papers including Hepatology and Cell Death & Disease.
