My research interests are to employ High-Throughput proteomics technology and system biology to learn the mechanism and find biomarkers for precision medicine. In the past decade, we have established a systematic plasma/serum proteomics platform by developing a number of high-density protein microarrays (human 14K ORFs; tuberculosis 4K ORFs; and Panvirus 1KORFs, ~20 viruses) plasma proteome antibody microarrays (Hepatocellular carcinoma, Atherosclerosis and Psoriasis), peptide microarrays and lectin arrays, as well as the first comprehensive human autoantigen database (AAgAtlas1.0,http://biokb.ncpsb.org/aagatlas/）, which can be used in the immune profiling, drug discovery and clinical studies.
